Summary

We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our growing sales team covering the AMER region! As a team member, you'll play a key role in helping define our sales motion for Noème products, qualify inbound leads, drive outbound prospecting, and generate qualified pipeline for enterprise data and AI solutions. You'll work closely with Account Executives to ensure we're engaging the right prospects and helping them understand how our data platforms and AI capabilities can transform their business.

What you'll do (roles & responsibilities)

  • Prospect and develop new accounts through outbound efforts, educating contacts about how they can transform their data operations and leverage AI capabilities
  • Conduct discovery conversations with potential clients to understand their data challenges, business goals, and technical requirements
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to educate them on Noème products and GDBI services
  • Hold video meetings (Zoom, Teams) with prospective customers to understand their business challenges, data maturity, and technology landscape
  • Give product demonstrations customized to the needs of different personas (CIOs, CDOs, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Executives)
  • Experiment with different audiences, messaging, and channels to generate qualified Enterprise opportunities
  • Qualify prospects using frameworks like BANT/MEDDIC to ensure alignment with ideal customer profile
  • Organize and maintain thorough notes on prospects and accounts in Salesforce CRM
  • Learn Noème products inside and out to articulate value propositions for different industries and use cases
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and support deal progression
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion, processes, and best practices
  • Hold ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches for your assigned accounts/territories
  • Work with Marketing team to build strong program feedback loops and optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Collaborate with Product team to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap
  • Work with GTM leadership to hit revenue and pipeline generation targets
  • Track and report on key metrics including calls/emails, meetings booked, opportunities created, and pipeline generated
  • Participate in sales training and continuously improve your understanding of data/AI technologies and sales techniques
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Noème product capabilities
